As an International Sales Director and Business Development Consultant, Business Broker, and Founder of SAFLAN, I harness two decades of global market expertise to drive scalable growth and deliver tailored solutions. My Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences equips me to navigate high-stakes, cross-cultural environments, with a focus on security technology and innovation.

At Thales, I executed strategies that expanded market share in Southeast Asia and forged alliances with governments and enterprises. My work on national identity schemes and airport security systems – such as designing secure passport frameworks integrated with cutting-edge biometrics – has enabled clients to meet compliance benchmarks while enhancing user trust and convenience.

My military service as a First Lieutenant in the Swiss Army instilled precision in adaptive strategic planning, resilience under pressure, and crisis response. Beyond professional pursuits, I channel this discipline into my passion for golf, a sport that mirrors the patience and adaptability required in global business. As a seasoned International Sales Manager and Business Development Consultant, Business Broker, and Founder of SAFLAN, I leverage nearly two decades of experience to drive business growth and deliver results-driven solutions. My Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Zurich, laid the foundation for my expertise in global management and administration, which I’ve since complemented with extensive hands-on experience navigating complex market environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a robust network spanning Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, and have a proven track record of driving growth and securing multiple government project extensions. My expertise encompasses national identity and passport schemes, airport and airline security, border and visa management, biometrics, and related security solutions. I’ve helped clients achieve significant milestones, such as implementing cutting-edge biometric solutions and developing secure passport documents and systems. While my past experience has provided a strong foundation, I’m excited to explore new complex markets and expand my scope to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

In my previous role at Thales, I successfully developed and executed business strategies that drove growth and delivered results. I leveraged my network and expertise to foster strategic partnerships and drive business forward. My experience as a First Lieutenant and Deputy Company Commander in the Swiss Army instilled valuable skills in leadership, strategic planning, adaptability, and resilience.
